New technologies and technique, which has influenced labor market, has been widely discussed recently, such as multi-disciplined talent, social media, big data, and AI. The industry has gradually craved for talented personnel with related industries. It is foreseeable that the development of technology has brought the impact of the industry, human resource, and new competency development in the future labor market.

The forum aims to provide the dialogue platform and build social network interaction. Youth representatives from different countries, experts and scholars from different fields are invited to discuss the issue over the topic of youth competency development, future jobs, new technology, youth and senior collaboration, and social enterprise. The youth can understand the current situation and trend of labor market before entering the society. The forum aims to provide the environment of digital innovation and cross-field diversified learning to help the youth enter the future labor market.

Hitoshi Kinoshita is the CEO of Area Innovation Alliance and the Community Revitalization preacher of Cabinet Secretariat. In 2008, Hitoshi and executive managers of several companies which manage each city center in japan established Area Innovation Alliance(AIA) as a general incorporated association. The number of AIA member cities was grew up to fifteen (Sapporo, Iwate ,Shizuoka, Aichi, Fukuoka, Kumamoto and others,), now. AIA produced New Area Management Business Programs. Wenzel Herder, born in 1990, is a Taiwanese nonfiction author, columnist, and speaker. His writing covers a wide range of fields, form history, international politics and econmics to youth career planning.
Also, he is now a manager in a technology company. His works include: Define Yourself Before The World Does It for You, and A Guidebook for Working in ASEAN.

Peng, Ren-Hong
The Founder of “GoldFish Space”

Peng, from Yilan, has found “GoldFish Space” for local information exchange and activity space. He assisted Yilan County Government for establishing Yilan Youth Academy. Also, he found “TiuTiuTung Youth Association”, which called for youth returning home country, dedicating to garnering local talents and revitalizing assets such as hosting Town creativities forums. He launched “Glocal Academy,” which has helped to revitalize local industry in Yilan and returning-home youth incubation. In 2018, Peng was awarded the medals for“ Taiwan Town Brand Award:Youth Contribution.” The award is a joint project between Global Brands Management Association and “Business Today” magazine.

1.1 Qualifications

1.1.1 Recruitment: the 18-35 year-old local and International youth (Including the students and people from all walks of life.)

1.1.2 Admission quota:the 20 local and 10 international youth are selected. Others are listed as waitlisted applicants.

1.2 Application Procedure

II. Procedures of Selection

5.1 Application Review:Applicants need to fill in the registration form. The requirement includes:Biography, motive, outstanding performance, what result you want to attain, and so on.

5.2 The Certificates or Score Reports of English Proficiency test(s) Applicants whose native language is not English must demonstrate English proficiency and are required to provide one of the official score reports valid two years from the test date-- TOEFL, IELTS or TOEIC. Applicants who earned a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an institution where the language of instruction is English are exempt from submitting the proficiency score report (verification may be required).

III. Right and Obligation

3.1 Right

3.1.1 The forum is free of charge. The host covers accommodation fee, meal expense, and travelling expenses of International students during December 1-3 for three days.

3.1.2 Those are fully engaged in the forum will be awarded a certificate.

3.2 Obligation

3.2.1 Attendees are required to fully engaged in the forum. Those who needs to take a leave need to get the agreement by the organizer. The time of leave should be no more than 10% of the agenda, not including the time of meal and registration.

3.2.2 Information provided by the registers are only used for contact and insurance. Personal information obtained under this Act of Personal Information. Please fill in the information accordingly for certificate and insurance. If the information provided by the registers has error, the organizer will not reissue the certificate.

IV. Other Requirements

4.1 For the quality of the forum, there is quota limit in each session. Please click the sessions you plan to attend. Any alteration during scheduled event is not accepted. If applications are oversubscribed, the host reserves the right to modify the policy.

4.2 If the document and information by the attendee is underqualified, the selected attendee will be disqualified.

4.3 The organizer reserves the right to modify, to insert, and to withdraw at any time.
